We grant our corporate clients volume discounts through an automated rebate process, according to the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions:
Employees would subscribe under their own name, pay for their own subscription, and will be provided their own username and password as picked by them.
It is simple. During subscription process, to qualify for a Corporate Discount, a client must provide Company Name. We will automatically track volume generated from specific companies.
Rebate is calculated as per Corporate Discount Schedule below, and is a function of volume generated by subscriber's company (as listed during the subscription process).
Rebates are sent every 30 days, directly to the subscriber, at the address provided by our subscriber during the subscription process.
Rebate may not exceed subscription fee paid, net of any GRP rebates collected. For example, if an individual joins under Company A's name, and pays $99 subscription fee, and has already received GRP rebates for $95, then the Corporate Discount Rebate will be $4, as such subscriber has already received $95 rebate for his full subscription fee.
We reserve the right to unconditionally terminate the participation of a corporate client in this program at any time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate this program at any time. In case of termination, we will still disburse accrued rebates up to the date of termination. |
